good evening,i have a room for rent in the glendale area. here is the ad i posted on craigslist
i am looking for a roommate to split my rent and utilities. i am living in a home near olive and the 101. the rent would be 600 a month with utilities for a one bedroom one bath unfurnished. if you wanted internet and cable we could split that bill 50/50. must love dogs. male or female doesn't matter but i'd prefer someone who isn't a party animal..friends and company are welcome just not every night. can be single or a couple. open to all individuals who are nice genuine and down to earth. casual drinker is fine just no other extra circular activities. if you smoke please do so outside.
