nice house, located in a clean neighborhood, easy walking distance to shopping, and major bus line as well as gus (local city busing). i actually have 3 rooms available unfurnished. central to glendale community college, grand canyon university, arizona state university west, the thunderbird graduate school of international business (3 miles) and just a bit further north, midwestern university medical school. so, if you're a student i'm in an ideal location. . amenities include, internet access, shared washer and dryer and a shared kitchen with an abundance of pantry and cabinet space. utilities are split according to number of occupants. i would prefer folks that are relatively quiet, must be drug free as i am a teacher and church music director. that means no 420.
