i am a 26 year old female living in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. i have a friendly older dog who mostly sleeps all day. i have one 30 year old female roommate (works 50+ hours a week) who you would share the bathroom with. the room comes with a covered parking spot and access to entire home as well as the public pool and tennis courts. i have a washer and dryer, computer and printer/scanner, very large back patio, fireplace, tv with netflix, high speed internet and plenty of cabinet space in kitchen and laundry room to share. the room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished if desired. i have my medical marijuana card so im looking for someone who is 420 friendly. i work 45+ hours a week and sometimes work overnight shifts. im very laid back and do not have many guests or any parties. i do like to keep things decently clean but am not crazy about perfection. when home i typically just relax, maybe have a drink and watch a movie. im looking for at least a six month lease. in addition to the monthly rent you would be responsible for 1/4 of the aps bill.
