hi, i'm looking to rent out a bedroom in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. we would share washer / dryer, kitchen, living area, and patio. it is a bottom level condo. rent is $800 a month, including utilities (bge and fios - cable and wifi), with a $700 security deposit. i would prefer a month to month lease over setting a 12 month lease, so short or long term leases are fine with me!about me, i'm a 28 year old professional female. i work normal day hours, but typically keep to myself during the week. huge sports fan so i spend a lot of time downtown at games and whatnot. i do have a small dog as well. i'm super laid back, so i'm willing to negotiate whatever needs there may be. i'd prefer no children or additional pets, but again, will consider on a case by case basis. the room is available immediately.
