i'm looking for a female roommate, preferable over the age of 21 and a current student at rowan, to join three of us who already live here.

i'd prefer my future roommate to be:
-mature
-very clean
-must be willing to help with chores around house
-easy going/doesn't start fights/doesn't get annoyed easily
-able to talk out problems in a mature way
-nonsmokers/no drug use
-alcohol is fine as long as partying takes place on weekends
-cats and dogs aren't allowed (says the landlord)

about me:
-very easy going and mature when it comes to problem solving
-relatively clean
-i have a part time job
-i like to go out on weekends.
-i am very respectful to my roommates. i would want them to do the same for me.
