i have a nice three bedroom house at gilbert and baseline on the gilbert/mesa border. it has easy access to the 60, 101, and the 10 (takes 15 mintues to get to tempe/scottsdale). i'm looking for a professional who needs medium term accommodations (2-4 months preferable) to rent the spare bedroom while they are looking to secure housing themselves, or waiting for their accommodations to get ready. place is nice and room is in great condition and furnished. rent also includes all utilities, use of the common areas such as the living room with big screen tv, the kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, access to the internet, garage parking, access to community swimming pool, and back patio with bbq. i provide privacy if wanted, but also a home away from home environment for those looking for some company. the room is $175/week or $600/mo.. i'm a professional myself and run a web design firm from home. i have a cat for those who may have allergies. call if interested. dan 480-709-8289. room available immediately
