1 bedroom available with private bath. a second room is available for an additional fee if you have children. no cats allowed, as i already have 2 dogs. 1 small dog may be ok. my dogs are very friendly but will be on the lower level. the house is brand new and never been lived in. the yard is small but requires no upkeep. you get a garage space as well. the utilities will be split evenly. no smoking.the home is located in the knolls of power ranch off of power and pecos.
