please be local....my name is brian i am 34 male looking for a female or couple to be my roommates. i prefer female or couples, have had bad experiences with single males in the past. the room is partially furnished ( no bed) i do have a air mattress if needed, if you have your own stuff i can take everything out of the room. i work full time as a auto glass tech. the trailer is small but i keep it very clean and is in a safe neighborhood with lots of kids, small playground directly in front of my home laundry is on site and is located directly beside my home. i have cable (brighthouse) and wifi, also have a fax line. the home is hardwood throughout and tile in bathroom.. dogs are ok fenced in backyard, but i am allergic to cats. i need to rent this out asap. please call or text for more info.
