female roommate wanted. share fully furnished house with me (60 yr retired female). my home is located two blocks from george bush hwy, one mile west of firewheel shopping center and 5 miles from the geo bush and hwy 75 intersection. my house is a 6 minute drive from cityline. also a large shopping center with walmart, target, lifetime fitness and other shops are one mile away. it is walking distance to a restaurant row.

your private portion of the house is a suite with a large bedroom with king sized bed, dresser, large closet with built-ins, flat screen tv; also an adjoining sitting room with electric fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, refrigerator, microwave, walk in closet and large full bath with dual vanities, all upstairs. also upstairs is a fully stocked craft room. the garage contains a pottery studio including wheel and kiln. downstairs are two living areas, dining area, kitchen, half bath and laundry room (which also includes a garment steamer in addition to full size washer and dryer. the entire downstairs was recently tiled in copper slate tile imported from india. on and off street parking is available.

rent includes all utilities and ultra fast (75 mhz) internet access. my home has lots of smart technology such as video doorbell, upstairs and downstairs amazon echoes, and voice controlled lighting.

long term lease is desired. background check, references and proof of employment in addition to first month's rent ($800) and $500 security deposit.
