this beautiful room is located in a condo in montgomery village area. there is a big lake at the back of the condo which gives a wonderful view.i am seeking a female professional as housemate. the following are a few details of the room.
1. rent is $750.00, including water, cable, internet.
2. electrical bill will be 1/3.
3. 5 minutes drive time to 355 and i270. close to grocery stores, lake forest mall, gym, library and shady grove metro station.
4. very quiet and safe neighborhood.
5. pool and tennis court inside the community.
6. free parking.
7. a year lease is preferred but will definitely consider shorter options
8. quiet, non smoking.
9. no pets.
