i have a room in a townhouse in gaithersburg / north potomac, within walking distance of rio, right off exit 9 on 270 (it literally takes less than 2 minutes to get to the highway.) rent is $500 a month plus utilities (which are usually around $100-$125). it is also within walking distance to another shopping center that has a grocery store, restaurants, banks, etc. the available utilities are comcast high-speed internet and tv, and the usual heat and ac, electricity, etc. there is free parking and plenty of it. there are also bus stops within one block and the house is 4 miles from shady grove metro station. the house has both female and male occupants (who are all friendly!), but just a warning in case gender matters. the room is approximately 12 feet by 10 feet, and has a decent closet. this room shares a bathroom with one other person. you will have a laundry washer/dryer set upstairs by your room that is shared by 2 other people. there is a common area that includes a living room and full kitchen. i am reasonable and do not expect anyone to be a neat freak, but please no super-messy people! hope this is a good amount of info, please msg me and we can talk more.
