i'm looking for 1 roommate to share this 2 level loft style apartment in gaithersburg station apartments. the room that is up for grabs is the 2nd bedroom(unfurnished) that has a walk-in closet and its own private bathroom. the unit comes with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. there is also a washer and dryer in the unit. the complex was built in the last couple of years and is maintained very well. if you have a car there is a 4-level garage centrally located in the apartment complex. the building does have controlled access so only residents and their guests can enter. it has a 24hr gym, pool, theater room, and business center with wifi.

close by there is:
gaithersburg marc train across the street(travel time to union station in dc is 40min)
shady grove metro is 7min away
lakeforest mall is 5min away


i am a 29yr old male professional who recently moved from bowie to gaithersburg to minimize my commute to work. i'm pretty active and like to hit the gym, happy hours, and play team sports after work but try to enjoy quiet nights during the work week. my weekends consist of going out with friends to cookouts or other random events in the city. although i may occasionally stay out late on fri and sat nights, for the most part i like to keep the party outside my place. i haven't been here for very long and am still working on furnishing the place. if your interested in getting in on the ground floor of making this place a home feel free to email me.
