looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease on a beautiful three bedroom condo minutes from downtown crown, rio, 270, and the shady grove metro. currently, you would be moving in with 1 roomate (cpa, very nice guy), with the third bedroom current used as storage/guestroom (but you can obviously work with him to see if you want to keep it that way). this is a privately owned condo owned by the nicest woman who uses an equally awesome property manager who will immediately jump to fix any issues (an in a year and a half of living here we've only had to call her twice for this). this 2 story condo has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are private bathrooms for the bedrooms upstairs. additionally, the first floor has hardwood floors and all requisite appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.) upstairs, you'll find the three bedrooms, as well as the washer and dryer and access to additional storage in an attic, if necessary. the final gem of this condo is that you also have access to an outdoor patio out back, which is perfect for grilling or just hanging out with friends. you would basically only have to furnish your own bedroom, but we could potentially negotiate something if you like my furniture. also, this condo is pet friendly (contingent on the owner agreeing again), so you have that added bonus. please let me know asap if you are interested and we can schedule a tour.
