i will be accepting a job out of town and am looking to offset some of the expense of that move. you will basically have the whole house to yourself, (except for my room of course which i will stay in the few days a week i'm home). it's a great little house in an established neighborhood with great older neighbors, and has a cute yard with established landscaping. the home is fully furnished but if you like your furniture better we can put mine in storage or in the attached garage.

the ideal roommate is a young student or professional with no kids. pets are negotiable, deposit is negotiable. the home is near the intersection of the 38 bus route, (fresno state), and the 39, (fresno city college). the rental period will hopefully be between 6 months and 1 year. this is an amazing deal. your sex and orientation are not important. i have a girlfriend and a few dogs, (none of whom will be staying here). no party animals but if you like to drink that's fine. 420 friendly but it's not for me. please contact me with any questions you may have.
