i have several rooms to rent.the first is a very large basement $1000/month all utilities included, cable and internet also. basement has private bathroom and entrance will be through main house. also tenant will have full use of the main kitchen.
the second room is a good sized bedroom within the main house $700 / month all utilities included, cable and internet too. tenant will have own bathroom aswell and full use of the main kitchen.
there is also covered parking. there is also a washer dryer in the house.
rent can be month to month and a security deposit of $300 (refundable upon leaving of course)
house is a single family home very close to ft detrick and frederick community college. very quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of families around. there is a large yard and deck, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms so lots of space and privacy. great access to us15.
i am a professional male, phd educated. very friendly and down to earth. just moved into the house and looking for people to share it. i work most days and train for triathlons outside work so always active. there is good cycling here and it is away from downtown and traffic.
i would prefer professional people, or graduate students who need a nice place to live whilst they study. male or female (it is very safe area)
important - i also have 2 dogs (lab retrievers) so tenants must be ok with dogs.
i would prefer non smokers and tidy minded, flexible people.
