about the house: endunit townhouse, three bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, cable/highspeed internet
new fridge,stove,dishwaser and washer/dryer. parking for renter is on the street.
about us: i am 25 my gf is 21. we have one other roommate. she is 23. we all work normal day hours.
we have one small dog and one cat. we are pretty relaxed people. we watch alot of movies,
playgames, cook, all that normal stuff. we dont party every weekend but do have close friends
over from time to time. we are respectful of other people and their things.
we are looking for a roommate who is easy going, respectful of others and their things, clean, and has no
problem paying rent on time.
this would be a great place for a student at fcc/hood or anyone working on rt. 40 or downtown.
yearly leases are prefered.
