- 13x11 master bedroom (11x11 functional due to double closet)
- queen size bed and computer desk available if needed.

- full house/property access with utilities, maintenance, and satellite tv costs included.
**internet not included but it is available to the residence through comcast ($80/mo for 25mbps with rented equipment) and can be transferred from current leaving resident and account owner if desired.

- carroll creek, bakers park, dog park, elementary school, school for the deaf, local events, shops, restaurants/pubs, keys stadium and the fredrick fair grounds.
~~driving:
- ft. detrick as well as all major retail shops including costco, food stores and entertainment are only a few miles drive. get to major highways and interstates easily within a few minutes.

-six month, 1yr and long term lease available.
-background checks as well as rental references required unless active military.
