i have two room available to rent on the first floor of my custom home her in los padres national forest, frazier park, ca. there is a master bath and laundry room on this floor. you are free to use any area of the home, including my home gym. you must be gay friendly, and dog friendly. i work from home, i have a dog rescue, and i have a couple dogs. you must be clean, quiet, professional, responsible male, you will be responsible for keeping your room clean and the bathroom. you must also clean up after meal preparation. i will maintain and keep the rest of the home clean. utilities will be split by 3. i prefer no partying, or excessive drinking. there is parking available. i prefer you email me, if you call, leave a message.
