me: quiet, works 40+ hours a week, 1 cat, a little bit of a geek, keeps to self a lot but enjoys the occasional roommate bonding, does not throw wild parties and does not want them!, has already lived with manchild, has no desire to again. hobbies include hiking, racquetball, geocaching, artsy stuff, working, reading, writing, video games, geekery, and some tv shows (dexter, the walking dead, family guy, office, parks and recreation).

you: also quiet, full time student or professional, no animals because landlord's limit is one (but must tolerate my cat), does not throw wild parties, only has occasional guests or overnight visitor, no 420 in the house or at all preferably, has at least a couple of things in common with me, male or female, gay or straight, open-minded, creative.
