i'm looking for a professional female with high moral values (no-smoking, no-drinking, etc.) to rent a room in my 2-br 1-ba townhouse. your rent will include, electric, water, trash, home security, renters insurance, internet, landline, and parking space. you basically need to come with your toiletries, clothes, and food. there's a 39" tv in living room but no catv. there's a mounted 32" flat screen tv in your room with an amazon fire stick and netflix. catv is available at your cost. room is available now! will need to go through an application process and background check. serious inquiries only. must be clean and tidy!!! no pets! if after we talk your rent could go down to $600/month
