i live in a quaint little community just off estero parkway. a great location! it is a townhome in a newer subdivision. it has two masterbedrooms that are both upstairs. i am renting out the second one to a female roommate. the room is unfurnished except for the tall bookshelf in the corner. there is a laundry room upstairs as well. the subdivision also has a community pool. i have a single car garage so there is parking close by for you.�

i am renting it out for 650.00 a month. this includes utilities. if you own a tv there is cable available in the bedroom. there is also a wireless router in the house. please no pets, no kids, and no smoking.�
