hi everyone!i currently live at amli flagler village in fort lauderdale, right by las olas. i've got one roommate, who's a clean, nice guy. i'm pursuing a job opportunity elsewhere, and am looking for someone else to take over my part of the lease, which goes through september 2016, and it can be renewed thereafter.
the apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with a huge balcony that has a pool view, and a massive kitchen/living area. the kitchen's appliances are all new and in working order. there is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, and the a/c is perfect. the rent is just about $1200/month including 1 parking spot and all utilities (water, electric, garbage, fast internet). the bedroom is enormous, with two closets, and is spotless; i'm an extremely clean guy. the bathroom is also huge and in perfect condition. the kitchen area and living room are furnished, but the bedroom i will be leaving won't be furnished. i've posted stock pictures below, and i will upload my own pictures if i get time to do so.
you would be added to the lease agreement that is currently in effect until september 2016, and i would be removed from it. you are able to renew the lease. there is a $175 fee to do this, but i am willing to pay it. time is of the essence; i'm looking to do this as soon as possible. again, it's a lovely apartment with a great roommate, the only reason i'm leaving is to pursue work. this is an opportunity that will go quickly, so please contact me asap!
