this is an extremely student friendly neighborhood but the housemates in my house are extremely quiet and respectful. you would be living with a couple, but they wouldn't move in until august 17th. since both i and my (2016/2017) housemate are moving out early, you will be alone. the 2017/2018 housemates have asked for no pets.

you can move in as soon as may 31st and you'd only pay june rent as i would cover both utilities and renter's insurance that would be billed during that month. you need to have proof of your own renter's insurance before you move in; mine will not transfer to you.

the neighborhood office requires you pay all the applicable fees and such but the room will be pristine since i am paying for cleaning. it is furnished for the summer and up until july 2018, and while you can't smoke inside, no one will say anything to you smoking outdoors, both 420 and cigarettes.
