i have to move for work and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting august 4th through july 31st 2018. it is a very clean, updated townhouse duplex near taft hill and elizabeth. 3 bedroom, two bath, with a large common space and kitchen, as well as a single car garage and a small yard. the unit is ~1.4 miles from csu and only a few minutes walk from several bus lines. plenty of bars and restaurants in the campus west area are within walking distance.

the area is under an hoa, which has stricter noise ordinances than the general city as well as maintenance standards. trash and front lawn/street care are provided in the monthly rent, but the back yard is the tenants' responsibility.

the two others moving in are both female csu students. they're very friendly, but do not do loud parties. they do not allow smoking of any kind indoors. unfortunately, we're not allowed to have pets, as per the leasing office policy. rent is $532 per month per person, including trash and hoa fees. water, electricity, gas and internet are not included and will need to be set up on move-in.
