my roommate and i are searching for a third roommate for the winter/spring/summer months. we are both 19 year old sophomore girls at csu. we both take school seriously, but we also make plenty of time for fun. we enjoy hanging out together and with other friends. we both work and are active. we live in a townhouse off of elizabeth and tierra lane. the townhouse includes:• 3 bedrooms
• 3 � bathrooms
• garage
• fenced yard
• family room (furnished w/ tv, couches)
• dining room (furnished w/ table, 4 chairs)
• kitchen (microwave, stove top oven, fridge, dish washer, garbage disposal)
• laundry room (washer and dryer)
• fresh coat of paint
• pets allowed
• air conditioning
• rent includes trash/water
we love the townhouse. the landlord is easy to work with, and we have the coolest neighbors. we have two cats that get along with other animals. the townhouse is very close to king soopers and rtd transfort bus stops. it is also biking distance from csu. many other college students live in the area, but our street is quiet.
rent is $440 per month. other bills include excel energy, fort collins utilities, and comcast (high speed internet, cable). we split the bills evenly three ways which is about $60 per month per person, meaning on average, each person pays $500 per month including everything.
the third bedroom will be available for move-in on monday january 19, 2011. the lease ends july 31, 2012.
