i am a csu graduate student so far. i am currently looking for a female who can replace me to continue my rental contract and live here. since i want to move to a new apartment, which could be even closer to my department on campus, there is an open room available right now.
the apartment that i live now is in the city park ave, which is pretty near from the south of campus. there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and stores around here. and you could have your own bathroom and also could use most of the kitchen stuff. the living room is pretty big, and whole apartment always keeps very clean. there is another american girl also living here.
