great house in a location close to campus. looking for 1 or 2 roommates to move in to a 5 bedroom house, legal for 4. move in august 1st if possible or until taken. lease for 1 year with a $500 security deposit. rent is $500 per person totaling $2000 a month plus utilities.ranch style home with 3 rooms upstairs available and 2 basement rooms occupied by roommates.
