i am looking for someone to rent a room in my 4 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style home in forked river, nj. its just me (married female) and another male, both 30. my husband lives in va for work. i'm looking for $600 a month - includes utilities - and you would only share a bathroom with one person. the down payment/security is negotiable. we already have 2 very spoiled cats, so no additional animals please unless they are of the small, caged variety (ie amphibians, reptiles, fish, hamsters, etc.) we currently have the house on the market, but there hasn't been any serious prospects at this time. the room is available immediately. we are not on the water but we are only minutes away from the beach and several popular hot spots on the jersey shore. the room has a futon available and its own closet. house has a large backyard with a pool, and a small garden. we have highspeed internet (the other room mate is a tech guy). if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
i get up 6am - 8am. i go to bed 12am - 2am. i eat almost anything. my level of cleanliness is best described as clean. i occasionally have overnight guests. i party occasionally.
i live in a 2 person co-ed household. age 30 - 30. my work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". my professional occupation is health services. i have a pet cat.
the house is located at residential area, close to garden state parkway. the residence features air conditioning, wood floors, yard, carpet, parking, laundry, dishwasher, pool. your room is furnished. it features cable tv jack, private closet. fees: to move in - 0, parking - $0.00. total cost of utilities - $0.00.
