hi, i'm jamie, an art student at fashion institute of technology and a freelance illustrator. my family owns a condo in forest hills and i live in one of the rooms here. we have another approx same-sized bedroom with a 3/4 private bathroom inside(no bathtub) for rent. it's for $1500, unfurnished but could be furnished if you want. i just want to find the most suitable roommate by august.there's laundry room on site, street parking, several banks and supermarkets nearby. for transportation, the e,f,m,r and lirr are around the corner.
i plan to adopt a dog soon so it's a-must if you love animals too. i prefer young professionals who are career-oriented, no party people are welcomed, couples are ok.
in order to move in, you have to have good credit scores, financial proof, a month deposit and the first month rent. i want the room to be gone by august.
