this is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a furnished 2bedrooms/1.5bath in exchange for house keeping, etc. i'm a young professional in my mid 30s looking to share my apartment on foresthills. i own the apartment and live alone and am never home because of long hours at work.the apartment is located in a doorman / elevator building with laundry and free bike storage in the basement. subway and bus are located right on the corner. a/c/d trains, nearby. walking distance to shops and austin street. near most major attractions.my apartment:the apartment is clean, uncluttered and beautifully furnished.there is a washer/dryer in my apt. the room has a king size bed, dresser, night stand, lamp, large closet and 1 large window with a great view of queens. i prefer a roomate for a long term or short term stay.please let me know what your preference is. elevator building with 24 hour doorman
either male and female roomate is preferred, someone who is fun, easy to get along with, clean, a student and capable of keeping my place maintained. no preference on smoking, small dog or cat as pet are allowed.
