hello!we are three folks looking for a fourth roommate for the master suite in our beautiful house. the bedroom is fully furnished with a king sized bed, 2 dressers, walk-in closet, and night stand. the room also includes its own private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate standing shower.
there is parking on-site, as well as washer and dryer. utilities range from $50-80 per month, and include wifi, trash and electric. we do not have a water bill, as this house has delicious mountain well water.
we are looking for a roommate, preferably female, who is clean, conscientious, and gainfully employed in a stable working situation. one of the roommates has a rock band, and her band practices on the lower level of the house a couple of nights a week but is always done by 10pm.
we have pets already, and unfortunately are not allowed to have any more, but if you like cats, you'll love crowley and mandrake! they are really sweet and about as well behaved as cats can be expected to be. ;)
