one shared bedroom and shared full bathroom available asap! looking preferably for a female student to take over lease until july 31. (you are able to speak to the landlord to extend it). you will be sharing a room with another female student and sharing a bathroom with two female students. the roommate is a really nice and chill - she is usually at school and rarely in the bedroom, so you will pretty much have the whole bedroom to yourself at times. there are 6 other people, plus your roommate, living in the house (two males, four females between 20-23 years old) - they are all really friendly and easy to get along with. one of the girl's has a female cat.

your side of the room has a window, a closet and a built in desk. closet is pretty spacious with two shelves. the house is a two story house - 5 bedrooms and one studio in the back of the house. your room is on the second floor. the house has a washer/dryer and big driveway for parking (no street parking).
rent - $250/mo
utilities - $30-50/mo

house is really close to nau, ccc and downtown.
