my fianc� and i are looking to rent out a room in our 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome. $500 is with utilities included (as well as cable/internet.) our lease starts april 15 and is 12 months. you would have to pay first months’ rent, along with a $35 application fee and an $87.50 security deposit. we will be pretty flexible in terms of when you are looking to move-out.


you must be dog-friendly as we have a 1 year old beagle living with us and within the next year want to get a labrador. the 2 story townhome has a fenced-in front patio, separated family room/dining room, a breakfast bar and pantry, dishwasher, electric appliances, air-conditioning/heating, and washer/dryer in unit (which we rent from complex.) there is tons of storage in the townhome, including the space under the stairs, an outdoor storage room, coat closets, linen closets, and personal closets. the half-bathroom is downstairs and the two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. the three of us would have to share the shower, but you are more than welcome to make the downstairs half-bath your own. we do not smoke and are looking for a non-smoking roommate. we are a quiet couple and do not have parties in the house. no underage drinking in house.


the community at country club terrace is amazing. there is a pool and spa, 24 hour fitness center, outdoor fitness course, picnic areas with grills, and clubhouse with billiards room, pool-table, ping-pong table, big screen tv and fireplace. the office is also open 7 days a week. the link for the website is http://www.countryclubterracesite.com/
