room in my house...rent is $400.00 a month and utilities are around $100(1/5 utilities is what you pay)...deposit is $400.00 and half is refundable upon move out...there is no smoking in the house because we have an outside smoking area...no pets allowed because i have 2 amazing siamese cats, which are hypo allergenic(you are not allergic to them)...washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fireplace, large atrium, living and dining area...2 bathrooms...looking for someone who is reliable and can pay the rent on time...security system as well...each room is furnished...the lease term is from month to month...wireless internet available and directv with showtime, hbo, cinemax and sports pack is free...great big house with lots of room driveway and great back yard...looking for someone who is laid back and respectful of others
