i have a three story townhome that is available for another roommate. i currently have a male roommate that is in the master bedroom. you will get the other two bedrooms. one could be used as a private living room if you wish but you get both. and you get your own private bathroom. there are two living rooms on the middle level. the one that is available is a fireplace and media niche. please see the picture. the kitchen will be shared by you and my other roommate. you each will get a parking spot in my garage. my roommate has a cute dog. oliver. i will be living downstairs as an mia landlord. you'll never see me. i have a studio apartment and will be entering the house through the garage. the house is available sept 1st.attached is a picture of me, my house and my roommate.
