i am a 25 year old recent college grad that recently moved to this area from the east coast and i have a great career in military engineering.
i am seeking a responsible and respectful young professional like myself. someone that will pay his/her rent on time and someone with future
aspirations and goals. i do smoke but mostly outside on my deck, so i am not opposed to a smoker. i do not have a dog or cat and would
prefer that you don't either, but am completely open to any caged animals especially reptiles. all i am really asking is that you pay your rent
on time and respect the space you are in as well as being easy to live and get along with. that's not too much to ask........is it?
so....here's a little bit about the apartment:
i have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the second floor of a corner unit. its about 960 square feet. it has a wood burning fireplace
and outdoor deck. the apartment community has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, and a movie theater. i have an medium-large
sized bedroom available for rent. you would have your own bedroom with a decent sized closet and individual central heat in your room.
we would be sharing the rest of the apartment including living area, kitchen, and bathroom. i am offering this room at $500/month all
utilities included. i would also be willing to include my hd comcast cable and high speed internet free for you to use anytime you want.
