rent is to include all utilities. i currently do not have any pictures but can get some upon request. it is one (1) bedroom, in a three (3) bedroom house approximately three (3) blocks from mckinnley elementary school and about three (3) blocks to jaycee park. it is within walking distance of wallgreens, smiths grocery store and natural foods market. the room is approximately 10 feet by 9 feet and has 1 closet. i have a 2.5 year old and wouldn't mind if she shared a room with another child. i do not mind dogs as long as they are house broken, well mannered and are good with kids. sorry, no cats. the home is an older home, but in good condition with a large, fenced in yard, storage shed, single car garage and two driveway parking areas. the neighborhood is quiet and near shopping.
