i have a very large house with a room for rent, which includes full access to the house and bills are included in rent. the house has all amenities including satellite tv, high speed internet, washer/dryer, large fenced backyard, quiet neighborhood close to 635 and 35 and also down the street from galleria mall and beltline road in addison. great deal for the price. i have lived there for almost 3 years and i am the main tennant that sublets the other two rooms. must be able to pass background check and sign at least 6 month lease. 12 month preferred. a 6 month lease will raise security deposit and monthly rent slightly. must be respectful of other tenant and myself, but we are very laid back at the house. please have steady income/secure job and no relationship drama at the house. the lawn and other household duties are done by myself regularly, just please pick up after yourself and respect the house as well as the other tenant and myself. very easy to get along with. no pets live with me. my 5yr daughter is present for biweekly weekend visits. we are usually never home. house is completely furnished except the room for rent. small gym available in sunroom. beautiful place and it will go quick so feel free to contact me via text, voicemail, or email.tyler gregson
