$325 plus half electric. you would have 1 bedroom and the rest of apartment including bathroom is shared with me. fully furnished except for your room. i am looking for male or female (25-50) with steady employment, no drugs or parties. if you have a criminal history you will need to be honest up front about what it is so that i can decide if its acceptable. everyone makes mistakes but i need to make certain that it is not a way of life. please be honest because i will find out about it and at that point you will be ordered to leave forfeiting any rent/deposit already paid. no drugs. not even casual recreational. i will find out about that too and you will once again be ordered to leave forfeiting any money paid. my boyfriend of 1+ year is a former cop. its in our nature to figure these things out quickly. drinking is ok, as long as you are not a raging alcoholic who acts like a lunatic. i just want someone who is stable, calm and mild mannered that can pay their rent on time with no drama or weirdo friends showing up at all hours of the night. im not unreasonable, just so very tired of flakey people. if you are looking for cheap, short term and a quiet place to stay this room is available for anywhere from 1 to 6 months. please message me with any questions.
