We are looking for a renter that is the right fit for a drama free, relaxed environment. Prefer people who are single, due to room set up being ideal for one person. Visitors are welcome for renter, but any overnight stays must be notified. No pets, drug free home, smoking allowed outside.
About us and house summary
I live here with my Husband, 12-year-old son and sister. We own 2 dogs; one dog stays home all the time; the other dog goes to work with my sister. We are very mellow people and we just look forward to having a relaxing evening after a day’s work.
Other rooms in house are located upstairs along with the kitchen, room for rent and laundry room is located downstairs. This atmosphere allows tenant to feel like they can have their own private space. Entrance to room is located near the driveway in front of the garage, it is an entrance that will take tenant straight to room without the hassle of having to see other people when wanting to just go home and relax.
