hello,

i am looking for a female roommate. move-in ready. $475 includes all utilities and cable tv. the apartment is located in whitney ridge apartments right off of turk hill rd. balcony, dishwasher, buzzer, washer/dryer right across hall ($1.25 for wash & $1.25 for dry), pool on grounds, shared bathroom (you would have full use of vanity in bathroom - i have a separate vanity in my bedroom), share fridge and cupboard space, locked mailbox, buzzer system to let in guests, no pets please (allergies).

rent is due on the first of the month. month-to-month lease with $225 security deposit and pro-rated rent due when you move in. i will have a simple roommate agreement for you to review and sign. please note that i will need a one month notice in writing if you decide to move out.

i'm pretty laid back but like to keep the shared areas of apartment clean and without clutter.
