rent includes water, sewer, electric, gas, cable, internet, and trash pick-up. i am looking for a tidy individual who will pick up after themselves and help out with household chores. i have 2 dogs and a cat. i prefer not to let animals in but am open to it if they all get along. monthly lease required due to the house going on the market soon. room is unfurnished and you will have access to storage in the basement, as well as private use of your own shower upstairs, as i use the downstairs one. you may have use of the one car garage for an additional 50 a month. the deposit is 300. if you have any questions feel free to email me.
