hi there!!! i am looking for a room mate to help me pay for this apartment. i had my son living with me but he had a "girlfriend" talk him into moving to lubbock. i live at the belterra apts off sandshell. this is located off western central and 35w. it is a great new apt complex that has lots of amenities. great pool / hot tub with workout gym (i never use that). for me, i work for the faa.gov. to get this job i had a 10 year background security check along with driving record checked and credit. and uber on the weekend so i am not here that much. you will have your own room / bathroom with walkin closet. we have a w/d. i will try and post pics but you can always google the complex.
