i am a 26 year old female teacher looking for a female roommate in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment that i currently live in. rent is $800/month, plus utilities, which are split equally (pse&g and comcast). you will have your own bathroom and there is a washer/dryer located in the apartment. there is also an elevator located within the building (apartment is 3rd floor) and there is a small balcony.

the apartment is fully furnished except the bedroom that you would be moving into. it is close to malls, shopping, restaurants, 295/95 and train stations. the area is completely safe and secure!

i have a small hypoallergenic cockapoo, so if you're a dog lover, that's a plus! he's very friendly and completely house trained.

as for my personality, i am pretty laid back, very considerate and neat. i go to bed early during the week, but don't mind people over/being up late on the weekends. no smoking or drugs please!
