$400one bedroom in top floor apartment we've converted into a studio like setting leaving the bdrm empty!
we've been renting our room out for about a year now have had 4 renters and find this arrangement perfect for us and have never had any issues including privacy.
it's a great way to reduce the move in/housing expense.
it's a nice size room with a big closet and lots of unique shelving.
there is a spare king size mattress in the room free to use or i will move it out if you have your own.
complete access anytime to kitchen and bathroom.
pets ok case by case with additional deposit.
it's my boyfriend (30) and i (24) so it'll be the three of us here.
looking for someone fairly quite but this isn't a library.
my boyfriend can be a bit messy but i keep the place clean especially common areas.

full kitchen, w&d, pool, spa, wifi, ws&g, electric and very short walking distance to restaurants starbucks albertsons and lot more.
theres a queen mattress if you need a bed.
420 ok even though its not really are thing.
we are smokers(tobacco) but never in the house.
$200security deposit non negotiable. last renter in my previous apartment only rented for a couple months and severely damaged the room. i lost my $400 security deposited and was charged an additional $750 for her damages when we moved out last month.
