i am looking for responsible tenant to rent out an available room in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse/condo asap. the room is available now, so first come first serve. i can hold it until june 1st with a deposit.move in is first month rent + $150 non-refundable deposit to clean carpets. i can pro-rate may rent.

-$450/month with all utilities included in rent (water, sewer, garbage, electric, comcast xfinity tv/internet)
-big room with large closet and storage. room is 118in. x 160 in.
-quiet and safe neighborhood, close to boeing, freeway, grocery stores, shopping, bus stops, and parks
-small 9 unit complex with clean grounds
-small backyard/patio and small porch
-garage available for use free of charge, there is also lot and street parking.
-laundry room with washer and dryer
-bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. there is also a half bathroom downstairs for convenience.
i do have a friendly indoor cat. my daughter stays with me a few nights a week. i work full-time and work late, so i usually go to bed when i get home.
other tenant works full-time and is quiet and respectful.
