i am moving into a cozy, small 3 bedroom house in etta, ms right on hwy 30 and i would like to have a roommate. i will have one bedroom and would like to reserve one for my sons for when they visit some on the weekends. they are 18 and 19. they would not be living there, and are very well-mannered. the house has 1 full bathroom and 3 small bedrooms, a living room with hardwood floors and ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining room and living room. there are small, covered front and back porches. the bedrooms are carpeted and have miniblinds. propane gas space heaters for heat in the kitchen/dining room and the living room. it was warm with only the pilot lights on, on the heaters when i was moving in last week. electric appliances including refrigerator, stove, window unit a/c in the kitchen/dining room and a washer and dryer. there is a storage shed and a covered carport that we could alternate using. i would ask in return a one way ride to work in oxford, ms (20 minutes away) 4 days a week. the catch is that we would have to leave the house by 5:30am.
