i have a home based business that will be moving into an office. to help me afford the office i'm wanting to rent out the bed room that i am using as an office. all utilities included. the room can be ready to move in the weekend of 11/19/2010. i am a smoker, single, 37 yr old male. i like music, movies and cooking. i'm just a lil anal about cleanliness. i will be in my new office most of the day but i don't have a set schedule. the apartment is nicely fully furnished with full kit, bath,and living room all to share. this is a month to month lease to be sure we both can live together with a long term obligation. i do require an application, criminal background check, proof of employment/income, reference and one month security deposit that will be put into a saving account. security deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of lease end date. i have a small housing relocation company so every thing will be done as any professionally managed property except i'm not worried about your credit. the unit have the following; big screen tv, leather furn, free wi- fi, cable, huge kit table. because i also furnish my business unit i will have no problem fully furnishing your room or you can bring your own bed room set, i do have some storage. located in essex off 702, just minutes from 695 and 1 min walk to the #23 and #55 bus stop with free parking. in the future if you decide you would like to lease on your own i will be able to help you with that too after seeing your payment history with me.
