i have a nice roomy 2 bedroom apt in erlanger and one room is empty. it's currently decorated as a ladies room since my daughters used to come to visit occasionally. it's completely furnished, including tv with cable hookup, dresser, bed and plenty of closet space, towels, blankets and more. the bathroom has double sinks, giving you one area as your own! the times i have roomed with men i found not so enjoyable since they tend to be slobs, uncouth and are very difficult to live with. this is not for romance but i prefer a woman roomer. ladies are much easier to live with, are generally clean and neat and always seem to have a smile on their face. again, i am not looking for a girlfriend, hookup or romance, just a good roommate! i am very much a gentleman and very respectful. honest and considerate to the maximum. as a bonus i am a very good in the kitchen and cook meals almost daily. rent is $60 weekly; no deposit required and split utilities. a washer and dryer are on site. i have cable with hbo and the internet with wireless connections. no alcohol, drugs or pets. i am however a smoker. please write and let’s discuss your situation and see if we are compatible. i have photos i can send you also.
