i work a lot and have a busy schedule, but when i am home i like to be low key. i am looking for somebody that is looking for a quiet place to live. i love to travel and am a very organized person. in the summer the pool is great! i don't need someone that is always there. it is just nice to know that someone has been there if you know what i mean.

i have apartment complexes that i like but am willing to negotiate on which one to live in. price can be less depending on which apartment, but won't be more. utilities not included but will be spilt.
